South St. Paul has two new buildings nearing completion!
The first is part of a three phase development by Interstate Partners to build state-of-the-art office/warehouse buildings offering 10,000-120,000 square feet. Instant freeway access from Concord Street to I-494 makes this location highly visible and accessible. The second is a 13,000 square foot office building for a law firm and other tenants.
