The Community-wide Assessment Grants are available through September 30, 2012.
In addition, the HRA received $1.0 million from EPA in the form a Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) grant. The RLF funds and matching funds from the HRA will be available in the form of low interest loans to property owners, prospective purchasers and developers to help pay for a variety of environmental cleanup activities. The HRA will provide any interested party with an application form upon request.
Property owners, prospective purchasers and developers of commercial and industrial properties are encouraged to contact the HRA to find out more information about the Community-wide Assessment Grants and the low interest RLF Program.
